2. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Appointments are scheduled subject to availability and provider confirmation.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as disclosed at booking.
- Payments for services, gift cards, and deposits are handled through our third-party booking platform. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms presented at the time of purchase.
